Get fit in spring with vitamins and co. Vegetables and salads are healthy and rich in vitamins and minerals. But fish also has a lot to offer: valuable ingredients that hardly any other food contains naturally, such as iodine, which is essential for life. Fish fat is also particularly valuable and healthy for the body. It has a particular influence on blood lipid levels (cholesterol and triglycerides). Many delicious dishes can be conjured up quickly and easily with fish, vegetables and salads.
Information: The course "Refined, colorful and versatile - fish and salads" will take place on Wednesday, June 19, from 5:45 to 9:30 p.m. at Kniestedter Herrenhaus, Braunschweiger Straße 137a. The course costs 38 euros (food costs are included in the course fee). Please bring a tea towel, a sharp knife and containers for leftovers.
