After a brief introduction to the different types of pasta, participants will immediately move on to the following topics: which basic dough is suitable for which pasta, which pasta shape for which sugo (sauce), which tools are used to make the pasta and how is the finished pasta best stored?
In the practical part, participants will work on two basic pasta dough recipes (with and without egg). Stuffed pasta will also be included in this part. At the end, the group will enjoy a delicious meal.
Information: The cooking course "Handmade Pasta" will take place on Wednesday, May 15, from 5 to 8:45 p.m. at the Emil-Langen-Realschule in Lebenstedt (Saldersche Str. 5a) and costs 35 euros.
Participants should bring along: a mixing bowl or dough bowl, a tea towel, drinks and containers for leftovers.
